The time draws near for Summer to End and Fall to Begin. Join us for Fall's Start, rescheduled after the deluge, and bring the tents out one last time before the cold comes. Join us for what will surely be an exciting weekend with not one but two Baronial Tournaments. Join us and help us choose our new fencing champion and our new thrown weapons champion. Join us for Heavy fighting, Archery, Throwing, and Fencing. Join us for our Pelican-led Friday social and fireside Saturday social with roastable snacks.
We welcome one and all to this beautiful site, to share our company, food, fire, friendship and competition.
Friday October 9th
*Site & Gate open at 2 pm
*Gate Closed at 6 pm (Arrivals after this Time will have to locate the Autocrat or Deputy Autocrat. Information will be posted at the gate)
*Fire Pit Opens at 7 pm (Burn Ban permitting)
*Pelican Party at 7 pm- All welcome; snacks and social atmosphere provided by Ruantallan's Pelicans
* Quiet Hours in the Camping area only will apply after 11 pm (Quiet hours do not apply to the lower field or fire pit area)
Saturday October 10th
*Gate Opens at 10 am
*Tournament One: Fencing begins at 10:30 am
*Tournament Two: Thrown Weapons begins at 1 pm
*Court af their Excellencies of Ruantallan at 4:30 pm (Location determined on-site by weather and attendance)
*Gate closes at 5 pm (Arrivals after this Time will have to locate the Autocrat or Deputy Autocrat. Information will be posted at the gate)
*Fire Pit Opens at 7 pm (Burn Ban permitting)
*Fireside Social with Marshmallows and Hotdogs at 8 pm (Burn Ban Permitting)
*Quiet Hours in the Camping area only will apply after 11 pm (Quiet hours do not apply to the lower field or fire pit area)
Sunday October 11th
*Gate Opens at 10 am
*General Marshal activities open at 10 am
*Gate closes at 1 pm (Arrivals after this Time will have to locate the Autocrat or Deputy Autocrat. Information will be posted at the gate)
*Firepit opens at 7 pm (Burn Ban permitting)
*Quiet Hours in the Camping area only will apply after 11 pm (Quiet hours do not apply to the lower field or fire pit area)
Monday October 12th
* Site closes at 12 pm
*Site Staff final inspection and site walkthrough at 12:30 pm (This is conducted with a representative of the site, and can not be conducted until non-staff are offsite, and the final sweep has been completed)
* Please note that the Archery range will be opening and closing periodically throughout the event, and will be announced on-site.

Registration:
The cancellation deadline for all registrations is August 28th. Cancellations after this point require payment in full by cash or cheque, in accordance with the Barony of Ruantallan's SOPs.
Registration durations are explained below:
-> Weekend Event Entry ** (This includes any Entry that includes Camping or overnight stays, as well as entry to all 4 days of the event)
-> Daily Event Entry ******(This includes any Entry that does not include camping or overnight stays, and applies to a single chosen day)
Registration ages are explained below:
-> Adult (Persons 18 years of age and older - General Waivers are required to be signed onsite for non-members)
-> Youth (Persons 11 years of age to 17 years of age - Minor consent to participate waivers are required to be signed onsite for non-members)
-> Child (Persons 10 years of age and younger - Minor consent to participate waivers are required to be signed onsite for non-members)
*** SPECIAL NOTE FOR CHILD REGISTRATION: registrants in the child category must be supervised (In line of sight) at all times by a parent, guardian, or designated person 11 years of age or older.***
-> Family with Youth (2 Adults and 1 or more Youth, and any number of Children up to a family size of 6)
-> Family without Youth (2 Adults and up to 4 children, with no Youth, to a family size of 6)
*** SPECIAL NOTE FOR ADULT REGISTRATION: All adult members of the SCA in good standing who provide visual confirmation of the membership at the gate will receive a $10.00 Member discount.***
