A day of fighting, fencing, and gaming is planned.

THIS IS A POTLUCK EVENT! Please bring a delicious food item to share and include a written list of ingredients. (please include serving utensils) There are outlets available for crockpots if needed.
Please bring your own feast gear for eating. We are required to remove all trash from site at end of day. Please bring a bag to take dirty feast gear home.
GAMES: We will have medieval board games to play! Or bring your own board and card games to share!
Merchants are welcome to offer their wares.
Merchants can set up starting at 8:00 in the morning on Saturday. There is space indoors and outside! If an indoor space is wanted with a table, please contact our merchant coordinator. Indoor Break down must be *complete* by court.
**Their Excellencies will also be hosting an A&S Competition to find their Baronial A&S Champion- details...
The indoor site is flat, has traditional and wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and has a family/gender neutral bathroom.
Outdoors is predominantly parking or mostly flat grassy area.
PARKING- There are approximately 60 parking spaces at the church. Across the street and about 1 block down there are 2 large public park parking areas for overflow.
Site opens: 9AM (8AM for staff and merchants)
Fighting and fencing: 10AM - 3PM
Court: 4PM
Site closes: 10PM
This is a dry site.
No smoking or vaping on site.
Any assistance with clean-up before close of site will be cheerfully accepted!
No animals are allowed on site except Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability).

Best route to I-84: from Hartford go east toward Boston. From Massachusetts head west towards Hartford. Take exit 64, and if from Mass, turn left onto Rt.30; if from Hartford, turn right. Stay on RT. 30 and turn right at light at Sullivan Av (RT. 194). Turn right onto Sand Hill Rd. Church is on the Right.
