Once again this year, the Beltaines are going to be a 4 days edition. You’ll have the occasion to participate to many activities such as armored combat, archery, thrown weapons, fencing and A&S classes on the amazing lands of the Duchy of Bicolline.

MARTIAL ACTIVITIES
Armored combat
The Beltaines are famous for its Town Battle, a fight in the center of the Old City. Come and fight through medieval buildings, never knowing who is waiting for you around the corner.
We are happy to announce that Les Beltaines will be hosting the Tir Mara Rattan Championship!
Fencing
All around the Kingdom, people have been hearing the tale of the battles that took place at the Beltaines. Come and fight in its now famous town battle and fort battle.
Archery
Have you ever shot from towers in a fort? This is something you can experience at Beltaines. The Golden Arrow Tournament will know its 8th edition, this year. Come and put your skills to the test to get the chance of taking home with you the Golden Arrow trophy.
The Beltaines will also be hosting the Tir Maran Archery Championship.
Thrown Weapons
For the 8th year, the Gungnir Tournament's is back. Come and demonstrate your dexterity to get the chance to be the winner and a champion of the Gungnir Tournament. Whether it is your first throwing or your hundredth, everybody gets a chance and the field will be opened all day Friday and Saturday for you!
The Beltaines will also be hosting the Tir Maran Thrown Weapons Championship.
Please note that footwear will be mandatory to enter the range, and closed-toe footwear is heavily recommended.
ARTS & SCIENCES
Classes
You will have the opportunity to enjoy many classes during the day, friday and saturday. Every erudites are welcome to share their knowledge through classes during the day. So if you are interested in giving a class, please contact our lovely Maerwynn at 223203@members.eastkindom.org
Exhibit
You are all invited to present the creations you made throughout the year or your work in progress. A short documentation is desirable but not required.
THE SITE
The event will take place in the Bicolline’s Duchy. In a setting of more than 200 buildings, the site offers many attractions including two inns, merchant stalls and a natural amphitheater. A magical setting that will make us dream day and night. The Bicolline site is the largest LARP site on the continent.

Une fois de plus, cette année, les Beltaines seront une édition de 4 jours. Vous aurez l’occasion de participer à de nombreuses activitées comme le combat en armure, le tirà l’arc, le tir d’armes de jet, l’escrime et des classes d’Arts et Sciences sur les magnifiques terres du Duché de Bicolline.

ACTIVITÉS MARTIALES
Combat en armure
Les Beltaines sont célèbres pour sa Bataille de Ville, ce combat au centre de la Vieille Ville. Venez et combattez au travers de bâtiments médiévaux, ne sachant jamais qui vous attend au détour. Le combat au fort ainsi que la bataille en forêt sont de retour cette année.
Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que les Beltaines seront les hôtes du Championnat de rotin de Tir Mara.
Escrime
Partout dans le Royaume, on entend raconter le récit des batailles qui se sont déroulées aux Beltaines. La Bataille du Faubourg et la Grande Bataille de Ville aurons lieu encore cette année.
Tir à l’arc
Avez-vous déjà tiré à partir de la tour d'un fort? C'est le genre de chose qui arrive aux Beltaines. Le Tournoi de la Flèche d’Or connaîtra sa 8e édition, cette année. Venez participer et tester vos habiletés pour avoir la chance de repartir avec le trophée de la Flèche d’Or.
Les Beltaines seront également l'hôte du Tournoi d'Archer de Tir Mara!
Tir d'arme
Pour la 8e année, le Tournoi de Gungnir est de retour. Venez démontrer votre dextérité pour avoir la chance d’être le grand gagnant et un champion du Tournoi de Gungnir. Que ce soit votre premier tir ou le centième, tous auront une chance de gagner. Le site sera ouvert tout au long de la journée vendredi et samedi.
Les Beltaines tiendront aussi le Tournoi de Tir de Jet de Tir Mara!
Veuillez noter que le port de chaussures ou sandales sera obligatoire pour accéder au champ de lancer, et que le port de chaussures fermées est fortement recommandé.
ARTS & SCIENCES
Classes
Vous aurez l’opportunité de profiter de plusieurs classes au courant de la journée de vendredi et samedi. Tous les érudits sont les bienvenus à partager leur savoir grâce en donnant des classes, alors si vous êtes intéressés, contactez notre adorable Maerwynn au 223203@members.eastkindom.org
Exposition
Vous êtes tous conviés à présenter vos pièces réalisées durant l’année ou vos travaux en cours. Courte documentation souhaitable, mais non requise.
LE SITE
L'événement aura lieu au «Duché de Bicolline». Dans un décor de plus de 200 bâtiments médiévaux, le site offre plusieurs attraits dont deux auberges, des échoppes de marchands et un amphithéâtre naturel. Un décor féérique qui nous fera rêver de jour comme de nuit. Rappelons que le site de Bicolline est le plus grand site de "Grandeur Nature" sur le continent.

The Beltaines are almost upon us! You still have the opportunity to pre-register. Pre-registration closes on June 3 at midnight for PayPal (USD) payments and June 7 at midnight for non-PayPal registrations, after which you will be able to register directly at the gate.
Here is some important information for your arrival, along with practical tips to help you make the most of your stay.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
Please report to the reception building upon arrival to check in.
- You will need your proof of membership.
- All accommodations must be paid for in Canadian dollars.
- We will not accept checks in U.S. currency at the gate.
- You may unload your belongings on site and then park your vehicle in P1, located across the street from the main entrance.
- The drop-off area at the site entrance must remain clear, as it serves as an emergency access route in the event of a fire.
GATE HOURS :
- Thursday: Noon to 11:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
If you expect to arrive outside of reception hours, please sign the logbook at reception and provide your contact information so that we can reach you during the event. If you have accommodations provided by the Beltaines, it is also preferable to notify us if you will be arriving outside of reception hours.
A Few Tips for Your Stay :
- Campfires are permitted only in fire pits that have already been approved by Bicolline. Please check the fire danger rating posted at the site entrance each day.
- The water from the taps on site is potable and safe to drink.
- The local wildlife is especially active and hungry at this time of year. Mosquitoes, black flies, biting midges, and deer flies are all present. Be sure to bring insect repellent or whatever you need to keep them at bay.
- Nights can be chilly, so bring warm clothing for the evenings and warm blankets for sleeping.

Les Beltaines sont à nos portes! Vous avez toujours la possibilité de vous pré-inscrire. La préinscription se termine le 3 juin à minuit pour Paypal(USD) et le 7 juin à minuit pour le non-Paypal, après quoi vous pourrez vous enregistrer directement à la porte.
Voici quelques informations importantes pour votre arrivée et des conseils pratiques pour vivre au mieux votre séjour.
A VOTRE ARRIVÉE :
Présentez-vous à la bâtisse d'accueil en arrivant sur le site pour vous enregistrer.
- Vous aurez besoin de votre preuve de membership
- Tout hébergement doit être payé en argent Canadien
- Nous n'accepterons pas de chèques en devise Américaine à la porte
- Vous pourrez aller décharger vos bagages sur le site et ensuite aller stationner votre véhicule au P1, de l'autre côté de la rue de l'entrée principale.
- le débarcadaire à l'entrée du site doit rester libre, car il sert au service d'urgences en cas d'incendie.
LES HEURES D'ACCUEIL SONT :
- jeudi de midi à 23h
- vendredi de 7h à 23h
- samedi de 7h à 16h
Si vous pensez arriver en dehors des heures d'ouverture, merci de signer le registre à l'accueil et d'indiquer vos coordonnées afin de vous joindre pendant l'événement. Si vous avez un hébergement fourni par les Beltaines, il est aussi préférable de nous aviser en cas d'arrivée en dehors des heures d'ouverture.
Maintenant quelques conseils pour votre séjour :
- les feux de camp doivent être limités aux ronds de feux déjà approuvés par Bicolline. Surveillez l'indice de feux à l'entrée du site, chaque jour.
- l'eau provenant des robinets sur le site est potable.
- la faune locale est vorace à ce temps de l'année. Moustiques, mouches noires, brûlots et mouches à chevreuil... ils y sont tous. Prévoyez de l'anti-moustique ou ce qu'il faut pour les tenir éloignées.
- les nuits peuvent être fraîches, prévoyez des vêtements chauds pour les soirs et des couvertures chaudes pour la nuit.

LODGING
If you need to rent a room or bed, please contact Sir Mohammad at 100717@members.eastkingdom.org Rooms distribution will start after Crown Tourney.
There are rooms at the Inn, beds in the Inn's dormitory and cabins to rent on the site.
If you have a tent, you have three choices :
- You have a period tent and you set put it anywhere in the New City.
- You have a non period tent that you can disguise or hide so you can set it anywhere in the New City
- You have a non-periode tent and you can set it in the designated area near the Inn to preserve the medieval atmosphere.
If you have a RV, please let us know so we can plan the space in the parking for you.
Bicolline offers us the opportunity to rent some viking cabins for 275$CA + tx for the weekend (3 nights). To get that chance, you must make reservation and your payment before June 1st with Sir Mohammad at 100717@members.eastkingdom.org
MERCHANTS
BACK THIS YEAR! There will be wooden stalls available again for 115$CA. Merchants are still welcomed to bring their own installations and setup around the Inn, the center of activities.

- Votre tente est non-décorum, mais vous pouvez la cacher ou la camoufler pour la placer n'importe où dans la nouvelle ville
- votre tente est non-décorum et vous pouvez l’installer dans l'ère désignée près de l'Auberge pour préserver l'ambiance médiévale.
Bicolline offre également l'opportunité de louer des cabanes viking pour 275$CA + tx pour la fin de semaine. Pour pouvoir en profiter, vous devez réserver et payer le tout avant le 1er juin avec Sir Mohammad à 100717@members.eastkingdom.org
