This a camping event with minimal off site accommodations nearby, although there is space for campers/RVs and electric hookups.
This a pet friendly site for those with well behaved animals and owners.
Class and small performance space is available in an enclosed building as well as open sided buildings
There will be heavy combat
There will be Rapier
There will be Equestrian activities
There will be merchants including food vendors
There will be classes if we have volunteers
There will be an Archery range
There will be a thrown weapons range
There could be youth combat, youth rapier, dancing and music if folks step up and help out.
Gentles who plan on bringing horses are required to pre-register in order to reserve horse stalls. As always, copies of required paperwork must be provided for the site
Site Opens: 12 noon for staff and merchants, 3pm for other guests
Site Closes: 4pm Sunday

Directions:
Please read these directions and DO NOT rely on GPS only: Our Entrance is GATE C not the Fairgrounds entrance - SCA signs will be posted
From north or south Take your best route to I-87.
From the North:
take exit 15 (NY 50) toward Schuylerville. Left at the end of the ramp on NY50/NY-29.
Bear right onto Loudon Rd.
continue 0,2 miles turn Right onto Weibel Rd.
after 0.9 miles turn Left onto Lake Ave and stay on Rte 29
**Right turn on Broadway
Left on Ferry St - cross canal and river
Pass the Fairgrounds on your left and Turn Left onto Schuylerville Road
Take the 2nd left marked GATE C.
From the South:
Take exit 14 (NY 9P) toward Saratoga Springs/Schuylerville/NY29 and merge onto 9P/ Union Ave toward Saratoga for 0.5 miles
Turn R onto Henning Rd for 0.8 miles
Turn R onto Lake St (NY-29)
9 miles and then Follow from ** above
From the EAST
Go ahead and follow your GPS, However:
your turn into the fairgrounds is a Right on Schuylerville Rd which is just before the Fairgrounds sign and then a Left at Gate C

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24 to 48 hours of the online pre-registration survey being submitted. Online pre-registration is not complete until the PayPal invoice is paid. While the survey does ask for membership information for invoicing purposes, you will still need to provide proof of membership at the event

Adult weekend - $60 ($50 with member discount)
Adult day - $35 ($25 with member discount)
Youth 6-17 - Weekend $15, Day $10
Family cap( 2 adults 1+ youth) Weekend $115 (+ non-member fee if applicable)
Family cap( 2 adults 1+ youth Day $65 (+ non-member fee if applicable)
Equestrian Stall fee pre-reg - $30
AT GATE: cash or check is acceptable
Adult Weekend - $70 ($60 with member discount)

Family Cap weekend (2 adults, 1+ youth) - $135 (+ non member fee if applicable)

Refund requests will be honored if requested by 6/23 minus paypal fee if applicable

There is no feast. Food vendors may be available
