Ghost, Ghouls, and Goblins - Danger Lurks!
Hosted by Barony of Carillion - Manalapan, NJ
Event date: October 9th, 2026 - October 11th, 2026
Event Last Modified: October 4th, 2026
Event details
Will you find danger on the archery range? Or is it at the thrown weapons range? Will you vanquish danger with your sword? Could it be hidden somewhere else?
A&S Autocrat's Challenge: What do you fear? Attempt to make something using dangerous materials; try a craft that you have been afraid to attempt; or make something that can cause danger or fear. (fire is not allowed in the building!) Or make something to keep you safe from lurking danger! Be creative!
Our Baron and Baroness will be holding tournaments for new champions in archery and thrown weapons. Come out and be the danger!
Saturday Archery Schedule:
The range behind the pool will open at 9:00 AM for inspections, tournament sign up and warm up. Groups can start going into the woods as soon as there are Marshalls available. All scorecards must be turned in by 3:00 PM.
Baronial Archery Championships - Barony of Carillion and Barony of Buckland Cross
Once again, we are hosting the championships for both baronies. If more than one person declares for either or both championships, there will be a head to head shoot off to determine the champion. If only one person declares, that person will be the new champion.
Thrown Weapons Champion Tournament - TBA
Pumpkins and other targets will be available to test your throwing skills.
Fencing Tournament - A spooky themed tournament is planned. Will you be the danger?
Youth Activities are being prepared by Baroness Rosie Possie. Kids of all ages are welcome to participate!
