Melee/War season is upon us.  Come out to the Barony of Carillion to make the most of it.

We will have armoured combat, combat archery, siege combat, fencing, target archery, thrown weapons, and equestrians.horizon and Pennsic is coming!  We want to see your Pennsic Projects!  These can be finished projects, or works in progress.  These can be period or non-period, anything that will enhance your expiereince at Pennsic.  Bonus points for telling us where you sourced your materials.  With the closing of Joann Fabrics, many of us are struggling to find a new source for our A&S materials.  Tell us about your favorite sources.  Tell us about small shops you've discovered, or online resources.  If everything came out of your stash, tell us that too.

There will be activities for children as well.

We will be have a contest of heralds to see who is the best at tournament introductions.  Contestants will be judged on style, clarity, and delivery.  Names and deeds of combatants will be provided.  Time and location TBD.

There will be a Southern Region Archery Marshals meeting scheduled for midday.

We will also feature an Artisan's Row!  Come explore the wonderful creations of our Society Artists!  This is your chance to touch materials, ask questions, and maybe even learn a new craft!  Interested artists artists can contact Mistress Tysha z Kieva for more info!

Annual Carillion Pennsic Camp Plague Sale!
We are once again plagued with more good things than we need.  Shop our sale for new-to-you items to make your SCA experience better!  Proceeds fund our Pennsic camp shower repairs, help us keep our campers clean!
Donations will be gratefully accepted at the event from site opening Friday evening until noon on Saturday.  If you have items to donate and are unable to attend contact Evalina Von Schaidag at 176572@members.eastkingdom.org.
All unsold items will be donated to Goodwill.

There is no feast, but there will be a hearty German themed dayboard. 

Hausgemacht Bratwurst(Homemade Bratwurst)
-Pork sausages in a natural Hog Casing, spiced with ginger, nutmeg/mace, marjoram, pepper, mustard, cardamom, corriander and caraway.

Laugenbrötchen (Pretzle Buns)
-Bread baked after a quick baking soda bath.

Gurkinsalat (Cucumber salad)
-Thin sliced Cucumbers, Radish, Vinager, Oil, Dill, Sugar

Eier und Gurken (Egg and Pickles)
-Slices of Boiled egg and sweet gerkin pickles.

Site Policy:
No liquid fuels are allowed on the site.  This includes gas, kerosine, oil and alcohol.  Propane is the fuel of choice.  Fires are allowed in designated fire pits only.  Firewood is available from the camp.  Above ground fire rings can be used and can be requested in advance of the event from the Event Steward.  Each area containing a fire must have properly filled fire buckets as a safety measure.  Fires may not be allowed based on the current fire danger rating.

Vehicular Traffic
Cars and trucks must stay on designated roads.  Cars and trucks may not go in any area other than the parking areas and designated roads.  The onsite speed limit is 5 MPH, and the residential access road is 25 MPH.  Please obey all speed limits. 

Alcohol
This is a dry site.  Violation of this policy will be cause for expulsion by the Ranger.

Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind, including all varieties of flame and flameless smoking, is not permitted in any of the buildings.  Smoking is allowed but you must be at least 100 feet from any building. 

All tent/campsite decorations must be kept "family friendly".

Registration:
Adults 18 and up - $20 (member discount)
Non-member Adults 18 and up - $30
Children 17 and under Free

Cabin camping :  $5 per person

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24-48 hours of the online preregistration information being submitted.  Online preregistration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid.

This survey does ask for membership information but you will still need to provide proof of membership at the gate


Refund Policy
Individuals who wish to apply for an event pre-registration refund must contact the Event Steward and/or Reservations Clerk for that event in some manner prior to the start of the event. 

If payment was made using PayPal, the PayPal fees will be deducted from any refund issued.  No refunds will be issued if the event does not make a profit.
