Event details

Knives Out is returning to the Shire of Anglespur, bigger and better than before!
Join us for a day of throwing and music, suitable for all ages!  We will have a track of thrown weapons classes, both on the range and off, and perhaps a tournament or two.  We will have a track of classes for period music and singing.  Who knows, maybe we'll combine the two and have singing on the range!
Opportunities will be available for Marshals in Training to practice their skills.  If you are nearing the end of your training, you may even be able to take your Marshal's Exam at the end of the day!
In addition to these activities, we invite the fencing community to join us for a daggers-only Warlord Tournament (you know, a knife fight!).  There will also be a meeting of the Foresters' Guild.

A scrumptious Persian dayboard will be prepared by Lady Anna Elizabetta de Valladolid, suitable for lunch, snacks, and supper.  The menu:
- Kuku Sabzi (egg and herb crustless quiche)
- Sikbaj (lamb and fig vinegar stew)
- Bademjan (Roasted Eggplant with Garlic and Lemon)
- Baghali Polo (rice with lima beans and dill)
