The event opens at 9:30 am for the populace and closes at 6:30 pm. Please contact the event steward for event or site questions, or the East Kingdom Minister of Arts & Sciences with questions regarding the competition and display.

12:00-12:30 PM: Lunch break for competitors and judges

3:15-4:15 PM: Finalist interviews

6:30 PM: Site closes for general populace
*Arts and sciences entrants, displays, the MOAS staff, as well as Royal setup crews, and any vigil setup crews are encouraged to arrive at 8:30 for setup. Please utilize the lower side door for this early drop-off.*
The building in on two levels. The lower level will host the A&S competition, as well as the royal room and vigils. The upper level where the main entrance is located, will host the dayboard hall and gate. Court will be held in the sanctuary, which is also in the upper level. There is elevator access between the floors for handicapped access.
A dayboard by Skjoldrulf Hatason will be available for all attendees, included in the site fee. People are also welcome to bring their own food and beverages, and there are many excellent dining options within a short walk of the site. The dayboard will be open from 11:00 to 3:00.

Brewers: the site is discreetly damp, and will allow brewing projects to be entered and displayed. We look forward to you wowing us with your brews!

On I-95, take exit 185 for ME-15 N/ Broadway.
From the exit offramp, continue straight onto Center St.
Turn slight left onto Park St.
The site is on the right side of Park Street, which is a one-way street.
Due to the site's location, parking is somewhat limited. Streetside parking is available on both sides of Park St, as well as parallel streets including Center St, French St, and Broadway. Because of the limited parking availability, the spots closest to the site should be utilized for handicapped access to as great an extent as possible. If you do not have a physical need to park close to site, please be courteous and save the more accessible spaces for those who have the need.
There is further parking available at the public parking lot in front of the Bangor Library, which is about a five minute walk from site. Two of our local chivalry have generously volunteered to shuttle people to site from that lot should there be need. Please call (207) 385-6779 when you are ready for pickup.

The front door will be utilized for gate, while the marked side door will be available for competitors and staff to offload for setup from 8:30 to 9:30.

Whipped herb butter for breads.
Seed cakes (sunflower and anise)
Cheese and cracker plate with assorted meats.

This survey does ask for membership information but you will still need to provide proof of membership at the event.
