Come one and all to heart of the Shire of Quintavia to behold the Coronation of Donovan Shinnock and Chatricam Meghanta


Please be aware the site is DRY.  No alcohol is permitted to be on site.
In addition, the church has instituted a weapons ban.  As such, we ask that you please leave anything larger than an eating knife at home.  This includes rapiers, spears, halberds, belt knives with blades larger than six inches, arrows, and trebuchets.  (We have received permission for the Sword of State.)

The site has requested that there is no congregating in the hallways as they are quite narrow and we will have plenty of spaces in the other halls to socialize.

Parking will be limited - please use the parking garage for WPI next door for overflow parking


There will be a cap of 300 ‘boxed lunches’ for Dayboard.  There are multiple restaurants and grocery stores in the area for those not able to partake in Dayboard.

The dayboard for Coronation has been built around the idea of Same Time But Different Places, since their highness hail from England and Indian but at about the same time period.  To celebrate this the meat option is a late 16th century English recipe and the vegetarian option is a late 16th century Mughal recipe, all the rest of the food is produce that would’ve been eaten in both countries during that time period, though the preparations may not be period. 

Here is the menu:

Roasted chickpeas- chickpeas, oil, salt, pepper, cloves, ginger, garlic, and galangal
Sugar snap peas- no additional ingredients
Dates and raisins - no additional ingredients
Pomegranate arils - no additional ingredients
Mandarin oranges- no additional ingredients
Pickled carrots- carrots, malt vinegar, sugar, salt, and mint
Commercially made candied fennel seeds - sugar, fennel seeds, and artificial colors
Meat option:  Farts of Portingale- Beef, dates, currants, mace, cloves, black pepper, salt, and commercial beef broth
Vegetarian option:  Naan e Paneer (paneer naan)- Paneer, flour, ghee, milk, salt, and yogurt

Gate opens to the populace - 9am
Last Court – 10am
Coronation Ceremony – 12noon
Dayboard pick-up – starts at 12noon
Sitting in State – 2pm – 3pm
First Court – 4pm
Site closes – 6pm


There will be a photo booth set up on the stage of the Dayboard hall, open to all in attendance, in between courts.
