Have you been meaning to learn how to brew but aren't sure where to start? Are you a brewer who wants to up their game, or learn new techniques?
Would you like the opportunity to get feedback on your efforts from other brewers? Then join us for a day of classes of historical brewing, winemaking, mead making and more.
A full roster of classes will be offered for brewers of all skill levels.
In addition, the Brewers' Guild will be holding paneling. Paneling is an A&S judging of period beverages using a rubric which can be found on the East Kingdom Brewers Guild Website.
This is a brewing guild event where participants will be learning about the history and production of alcoholic drinks. It is not appropriate for children, and no children's activities will be provided.
A delicious repast will be prepared by Laurie Ann Parr. There will be food throughout the day on Saturday, with a feast Saturday night. A simple breakfast will be available Sunday morning for those spending the night. No one will leave Hungry.
Please contact our feast steward at laurieann3314@yahoo.com if you have special dietary needs or any questions about the food.
