Ghost Ghouls and Goblins, the creepy and crawlies are invading the land!  It is up to you to protect our newest Excellencies from danger!  Bring your sword, axe, bow or arts to conquer.

SATURDAY
Archery:  We are being haunted by targets of the past.  Bring your best to defeat these foes that once again have reared there heads!
There will also be the opportunity to shoot for Carillions Archery Champion.

The Barony of Buckland Cross will be hosting their Archery Championship on Saturday at this event.

Thrown Weapons:  Bring your aim and hit true!
Carillion Thrown Weapons Champion tourney format TBD.

Arts & Sciences:  Bring your displays and show the lands your wares, beautiful or deadly.  There will be additional prizes for children's A&S

Equestrian:  Our fearless mounted archers will be protecting the lands.  Come out to watch the prowess of rider and horse!

There will not be any heavy or rapier fighting on Saturday

Southern Army Sunday Practice

There will be a rolling dayboard from 12-4
Fare will be Transylvania Themed.

Cucumber Salad
Raw Cabbage Salad
Lentils with Pepper, Oil, Onions

Entrée 1:  Pork Loin with Sour Cherry Sauce
Pasta with Herbs, Spices, Grapes
Wild Carrots with Parsnips

Entrée 2:  Lemon Chicken
Sweet Rice with Oil
Sautéed White Mushrooms with Pepper

End:  Bread Cake with Honey Sour Cream

Coffee and Teas

There is NO FEAST
There are many restaurants in the area.

Camping:
There are wheelbarrows available to transport equipment to camp site. 

All camping and cabins must be cleared out by 11:30AM on Sunday.  If you are staying for SAS you must still breakdown and vacate cabins by 11:30A on Sunday.

Animals
No pets allowed, service animals are always welcome.

Site Policies: 

All live steel weapons MUST be sheathed or peace tied.

No liquid fuels are allowed on the site.  This includes gas, kerosene, oil and alcohol.  Propane is the fuel of choice.  Fires are allowed in designated fire pits only.  Firewood is available from the camp.  Above ground fire rings can be used and can be requested in advance of the event from the Event Steward.  Each area containing a fire must have properly filled fire buckets as a safety measure.  Fires may not be allowed based on the current fire danger rating. 

Vehicular Traffic
Cars and trucks must stay on designated roads.  Cars and trucks may not go in any area other than the parking areas and designated roads.  The onsite speed limit is 5 MPH, and the residential access road is 25 MPH.  Please obey all speed limits. 

Alcohol
This is a dry site.  Please do not violate this as the ranger will expel you from the site

Smoking
Smoking of any kind, including all varieties of flame and flameless smoking, is not permitted in any of the buildings.  Smoking is allowed but you must be at least 100 feet from any building.

Registration:
Pay in advance of October 1:
adults $35; $25 with member discount.  Children 17 and under free

At the door:  $40; $30 with member discount.
Children 17 and under free

Cabins:  $5 per person.  Cabins are co-ed bring bedding for bunk bed.

Refund Policy

Individuals who wish to apply for an event pre-registration refund must contact the Event Steward and/or Reservations Clerk for that event in some manner, prior to the start of the event.  A Refund Request Form is to be filled out by the Event Steward, Reservations Clerk and the Requestor.

If payment was made using PayPal, the PayPal fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

No refund will be issued if the event does not make a profit.
