Greetings to the Barony and the East Kingdom artisans and researchers who will be attending the Baronial investiture of Gerhardt & Amalie von Hohensee on March 22nd. We would like to have a beautiful display of A&S for this event because as Amalie steps up to this position, she is stepping down after 2 years as Kingdom A&S minister, after many years of service to that office in other roles. I don’t think there is a single artist in the EK society who has not been influenced, assisted, inspired, informed and taken into consideration by Amalie von Honensee in her time as EK MoAS. As many of you are aware, she has worked tirelessly to not only organize and run A&S competitions, but has more lately made sure that there are other ways for non-competition oriented artisans to participate and be seen. She has taught rubric and judge training classes to make our competitions and displays more equitable and accessible to anyone, of any level, and any comfort level. Please help us all say thank you to her and help celebrate the art she has supported. We would love to see ANY art that you have made, but especially anything that was taught, inspired or influenced in some way by Amalie. Special consideration for anything Stonemarche related, of course, as it is a Baronial Investiture, but truly, bring your lessons learned, valiant but failed attempts, your tried again and your masterpieces.
Any questions can be directed to me at 244766@members.eastkingdom.org
Thank you for your contributions!
Lady Caitríona inghean Ui Shíodhacháin, OSB, OSW
MoAS Stonemarche
