Join us for a day of eating an incredible variety of dumplings and other foods from across Asia, including the Philippines, Mongolia, China, Korea, Tibet, and more.

Classes:
11:00 Red bean bao - learn how to wrap dough to make bao
12:00 Mandu/gyoza/jiaozi - learn how to wrap dumplings
Activities:
There will be a variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean games and crafts for folks to try.

Directions:
Take your best route to NJ 23, proceed north. In Sussex NJ 23 becomes Hamburg Ave. Go Left on Loomis then Right on Mill to continue on NJ 23. Proceed 0.2 miles, passing Newton Ave. Site will be on your left, entrance to parking lot is just beyond the house at 21 Bank St (obey one way street sign next to the church).

Registration: $15 for adult members
$25 for adult non-members
$12 for youth 12-17
Children under age 12 are free
Pre-registration is REQUIRED. There will be no one admitted at the gate if not already pre-registered. Attendance cap has been increased to 60 adults.

Update: Feb 15, we are adding an additional 10 spots. We are starting to accept people off the waitlist, in order of pre-registration, up to a total of 60 paid adults. To join the waitlist, please fill out the pre-registration survey. As of Feb 11, the event is sold out.
If you have registered and subsequently cannot attend, please let us know so your spot can be given to someone else, and so you can receive a refund.
