It's the Barony of Carillion's annual Birthday event! 

A day of comradery, period games and the always delightful, highly anticipated, laughter causing, riveting arm wrestling competition!

A & S Baroness Challenge:  Winter Gods, feel free to interpret as you will but it must be new.

We are hosting a FOOD DRIVE:

After the holidays food banks are depleted and often forgotten until the next holiday.
People in our local communities are still in need of food.  Please donate a non perishable food item for our community food drive.  All donations will go to the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties fullfillnj.org.

DIRECTIONS:
From the shore:  Take NJ Route 33 west from Freehold (U.S.  Route 9) six miles to County Route 527A (Iron Ore Rd.).  Turn right (north) and proceed 1/2 mile to LaValley Drive.  Turn right again and follow LaValley Drive 1/2 mile to the gate. 

From the NJ Turnpike:  Exit #8 from the turnpike to Route 33 east.  Proceed east 6 miles to Route 527A.  Take the jughandle and proceed north as described above

Vehicular Traffic
Cars and trucks must stay on designated roads.  Cars and Trucks may not go in any area other than the parking areas and designated roads.  The onsite speed limit is 5 MPH, and the residential access road is 25 MPH.  Please obey all speed limits.

Member discount Pre - Reg $12, At Gate - $15
Children 17 and under are free.
Dayboard is included in the site fee.

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24-48 hours of the online preregistration information being submitted.  Online preregistration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid.


If you wish to pre-reg by mail, please send to the address below a copy of SCA membership card WITH CURRENT EXPIRATION DATE CLEARLY VISIBLE.  Mailed checks need to be received by JANUARY 5th.  Only paid registration with check received by JANUARY 5th will be counted as pre-registered.  If the check is not received by JANUARY 5th, patron will need to pay the at the door price at gate. 

NO CASH REFUNDS
Individuals who wish to apply for an event pre-registration refund must contact the Event Steward and/or Reservations Clerk for that event by email man, prior to the start of the event.  A Refund Request Form is to be filled out by the Event Steward, Reservations Clerk and the Requestor.  If payment was made using PayPal, the PayPal fees will be deducted from any refund issued.  No refunds will be issued if event does not make a profit.

Merchants are welcome.  There is limited indoor space so first to contact the event steward gets first choice.  No additional fee.

Site is DRY.  Violation of policy will have you removed from the site.

Smoking Policy: 

Smoking of any kind, including all varieties of flame and flameless smoking, is not permitted in any of the buildings. 
Smoking is allowed but you must be at least 100 feet from any building
