The Barony of Settmour Swamp is delighted to host their Majesties and all artisans of the glorious East for the Crown Arts & Sciences Champions Competition!  We welcome any who wish to compete, to display, or simply to marvel at the scholarship and talent of the Tyger Populace.  Especially, we invite the youth of the kingdom to show their prowess. 

Our site is spacious and we welcome merchants and possible youth activities.  Please contact the event steward directly to coordinate these.

The event opens to the populace at 9:30 am.  Other arrangements have been made for the arts and sciences entrants, the royal setup crews, and any vigil setup crews.  Please contact the event steward or the East Kingdom Minister of Arts & Sciences with any questions and special instructions.

Schedule for the day:
9:30 AM:  Site Opens for General Populace
If you come any earlier, you will be given a setup task!
10:00 AM:  Artisan/judge meeting -
10:30 AM:  Morning Court
11:00 AM-12:00 PM:  First judging block
11:15 AM:  Dayboard opens (to-go containers available for the busy)
12:00-12:30 PM:  Lunch break
12:30-1:30:  Second judging block
1:30-2:30:  Third judging block
2:45 PM:  Finalist announcement
3:00 PM:  Dayboard closes
3:00-4:00 PM:  Finalist interviews
4:30 PM:  Court
6:30 PM:  Site Closes

We are coordinating a drive to benefit Norwescap Food Bank, serving Hunterdon, Sussex, and Warren, NJ counties.  The Norwescap Food Bank distributes meals through its network of food pantries, soup kitchens, childcare centers, senior centers, programs for the disabled, and summer feeding programs. 
**The donation box will be located next to Troll. 
Donations are restricted to non-perishable foods.  Please, no glass containers.

A dayboard by Theo Holtz will be available for separate purchase (limit 250 "onboard").  Folk are welcome to bring their own comestibles, but please be aware that the site is DRY.

$30 (discount to $20 for members)
Minors ages 6-17 - $10
Minors ages 0-5 - Free
Pre-registrations are not required, but they are highly suggested. 

Feast:
Dayboard available for $10 additional, reserve by February 15 (maximum 250 slots)
