Good Gentles, it is that time of year again to come together and dance the night away.  Barony of the Bridge is also hosting the investiture of the new Baron/Baroness.

UPDATE *** March 12, 2025 Afternoon Court has been pulled forward to begin at 3:30pm.

We will once again be at the gorgeous Camp Hoffman in South Kingstown RI.  If possible, please carpool as onsite parking is limited.  We will have our shuttle service again this year for overflow parking at West Kingston elementary school just down the road.

Dayboard will be pre-registered only

Populace is asked to please bring a dessert to share during the ball.

Lord Maurin Lessault is planning dance sets that will entice both the most experienced and novice dancer.  There will be dance instruction throughout the day to familiarize attendees with the dances to be performed at the ball.  The amazing Waytes of Carolingia will bring their skill with wind and string to delight the dancers.

Tentative Schedule for the day

Site opens – 8 am
Morning Court – 10:00 am
Day Board – running from 12pm until 6pm (pre-reg only)
Dance practice – 1 pm to 3:30 pm
Afternoon Court – 3:30 pm Please note time change
Ball begins– 7 pm
Ball ends – 10 pm
Site Closes – 11 pm

The site is very discreetly wet, please employ discretion and good judgment if you choose to drink.

Cancellations must be received by March 7, 2025.  Any pre-registrations through PayPal that are cancelled will be refunded minus the service fee.

The dayboard will be a selection of fair as closely representative to Late Anglo-Saxon/Early Norman England (11th cen) food as possible.  The following is a list of items and their ingredients that are planned to be served.
