Canadians wishing to pre-register please send all the required information without payment.  We accept Canadian cash at par.

Pre-registration closes on March 8, 2025
Cancellations must be received by March 7, 2025.  Any pre-registrations through PayPal that are cancelled will be refunded minus the service fee.

The dayboard will be a selection of fair as closely representative to Late Anglo-Saxon/Early Norman England (11th cen) food as possible.  The following is a list of items and their ingredients that are planned to be served. 

Please note that Nuts, wheat, dairy and meat will be present on the dayboard
