Event details

The mighty Bhakaili Salamander began to stir from its winter slumber.  Those charged with the watch heard the murmur of its voice as it began to awaken.  Upon hearing its words, they rushed back to the Barony.  “Mighty Salamander speaks of games, and music, and dancing.  Fire, and food, and foliage.” “What, you say?” asked the Plaid Baron.  “The Salamander, Your Excellency…it awakens!  We heard it speak of games and music, food, and fire!” The Plaid Baron drew his hands through his beard thoughtfully.  “I know what we shall do.  As the plague interfered with our plans at Tavern, we shall grant the mighty Salamander his wish.  At our Waking of the Salamander celebration, we shall hold competitions to crown our Baronial Gaming Champion and our Baronial Bardic Champion.  We shall share food and music together.  We shall sing songs and dance.  We will teach classes for those who wish to learn.  And we shall have fire, much fire!"

Come one and all to celebrate the waking of the Mighty Salamander!  We will host our Baronial Gaming and Bardic Championships and welcome all who wish to compete!  We will have classes, A&S, food, friendship, and more!

What would dancing be without live music? What would a Bardic Championship be without live music? What would a campfire be without live music?!  Please, all musicians are welcome to bring their instruments, their music, and their voices to perform with us throughout the day and evenings.

Lady Alesia de Maris of Ravenstar is leading our volunteer efforts for Troll.  Sign up here:

We also need pop-ups and wall tents in the event of poor weather or blistering sunshine (let’s root for one over the other).
