Event details

The drums of war beat in the distance.  They are calling you, are you ready?

Fighters, archers, fencers, and equestrians have a chance to put into practice those skills needed to ensure Eastern victory on the battlefields of Pennsic!

Site info:

Camping is in an open field with no trees for shade.  All campsites are in close proximity to all martial activities.  Clean, potable water is accessible throughout the site, but there will be no food vendors.  Please plan accordingly.

Flush toilets and showers are available onsite, in addition to handwashing stations and portable toilets.

We plan to have Court outside, so bring your own seating.  In case of inclement weather, there is space under a roof for the festivities.  There is plenty of space along the side of the fencing and heavy weapon fields for day shades.

We have trailer/camper space with electric hookups available.  Reservations are not needed.

SITE RULES:
1.  Leashed dogs are permitted, but must remain leashed throughout the duration of the event.  Bring proof of rabies vaccination with you.  Retractable leashes should not allow your pet to cross into common walkways.  Roaming or unleashed dogs will be sent home with their humans.  Pick up after your dog for the health and safety of all.
2.  Horses require proof of negative Coggins test and rabies vaccination.  Health certificate is needed for interstate travel.
3.  No digging for any reason.  No trenches, no firepits.  Raised firepits are permitted.  Firewood can be purchased at Stewarts or other nearby farmstands or stores but cannot be brought in from more than 50 miles away.
4.  ABSOLUTELY no fireworks are allowed on site.
5.  Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian.
6.  A wristband/token system will be in use.  You must check in at gate, wear your wristband to re-enter site, and to be inspected at marshal areas.
7.  Fighters and fencers MUST show wrist bands and authorization cards prior to being inspected.
8.  There are horses on site, you must sign the equestrian waiver in addition to the non-members waivers.
9.  Dump all gray water at the designated gray water spot.  Do not dig a sump.
11.  Ice is available on site for a fee.  Check with gate for access to the ice machine.
