Black Rose Ball 44: The Return
Hosted by Barony of the Bridge - Berlin, MA
Event date: March 30th, 2024
Event Last Modified: March 20th, 2024
Event details
As this is a return after a hiatus, I wish to bring back what I have been told was a tradition at Black Rose Balls of old. I invite you to bring either a snack/finger food of some kind, or a dessert to share with your fellows. If you choose to do so, please attempt to include a list of ingredients with your offering.
A light dayboard will be provided, but there is not a feast scheduled. There will be a break in the late afternoon/early evening between dance instruction and the ball itself to allow attendees to obtain food at one of many local restaurants.
Moire of Quintavia has planned an entertaining list of dances that will entice both the most experienced or the novice dancer alike. There will be dance instruction throughout the day to familiarize attendees with the dances to be performed at the ball. The amazing Waytes of Carolingia will bring their skill with wind and string to delight the dancers.
Additionally, for anyone looking for spices of any kind, the Pepperer's Guild will be setting up a table with an assortment of spices for your perusal and purchase.
