Hastilude of the Autumnal Equine-ox “A Celebration of the Horse” - POSTPONED

Hark, draw near and hear the words of his Excellency of Bergental.  His
Excellency has seen the rise of riders and horses within the barony and its
surroundings.  So pleased is he at the progress of his cavalry that he has
determined that it is necessary to hold a tournament to show all and
sundry the prowess of his people and their steeds. 
Come and join us for a day of equestrian competition and camaraderie!
There will be designated areas for heavy and fencing pickups as well as
thrown weapons (dependent on a Thrown Weapons Marshal present).

**There will be no dayboard offered.  Please bring your picnic baskets!**
Preliminary Schedule: 
7-8:30 AM - Horse trailer combos arrive and get parked
9:00 - Parking opens for non-trailered vehicles. 
10:00 – Course walk-through
10:00 – Open Heavy, Fencing and Thrown Weapons
10:30 AM - 12 PM - Warm ups/Authorizations - indoor and outdoor arena
12:30 PM - Tournament begins
5:00 PM - Baronial Court
8:00 PM Site Closes
Off-site Horses: 
Coggins, rabies, and health certification are needed prior to the arrival of
your horse on site. 
Horses and their riders are expected to be on site to park their trailers
between 7-8:30 AM before the site opens so that we may park you first
and settle your horses.  Cars will be parked behind you.  Parking is in a
gated pasture and the gate will be kept closed after the arrival window for
general attendees. 
Riders with horse trailer combos are welcome to arrive Friday night and
camp overnight by prior arrangement with Round Tuit Ranch owner. 
Paddocks are available and there is limited stall availability.

Site Specific Rules:
Any riders under the age of 18 years old must wear a properly fitting
helmet while on any horse.
Parking will be in a gated pasture.  The gate will be closed at 10:30 am to
keep the possibility of wandering horses contained.  A gate keeper will
assist vehicles in and out of the lot after this time. 

Abuse or inhumane treatment of animals or staff and/or any dangerous
behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the event. 
All state, local, and federal laws must be adhered to. 
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Any violation of
this will result in event expulsion. 
Absolutely no visitation of horses behind any white fence is allowed.  This
is not part of our site, these are not our horses and may be deemed as
trespassing.
Tournament Rules / Points: 
The course shall consist of numerous obstacles and once called, the rider
has 1 Minute to begin the course. 
If the horse refuses any obstacle 3 times, the rider must bypass the
obstacle and will receive 0 points for that obstacle. 
Disqualifications:
-Being unseated from the horse, unable to continue.
-Refusing 3 or more obstacles in a pass.
