Health Acknowledgement

Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.

Event details

We invite you, as is our tradition, to sip from the Well of Knowledge!  The Shire of the Mountain Freehold would like for you to join us for a day of learning.We will have A&S classes on a variety of topics.  We will also have a Panel to display and get feedback on your work. 

Submissions from any and all Arts and Sciences fields are welcome! 
Our legendary Dayboard will be included in your site fee.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate. 

Classes will run from about 12PM to 545PM with an hour break at 2PM for lunch and time to look at the A&S display.  At 5PM the A&S panel will meet, and at 545PM after the last classes, the winners of the A&S competition will be announced.

$5 SCA member discount

Free Children under 6

We are continuing the tradition of having a family cap.  Families with more than two children will only have to pay the site fee for a maximum of two youth.  Additional children in the family will be admitted for free.
