All persons over the age of 5 are now required to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event. All persons over the age of 18 must also present government issued photo ID or a valid SCA membership card. Please have these in hand when checking in.
Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
Activities will include youth point, cooking challenges, heavy weapons, fencing, dancing, A&S classes and displays, shopping, bardic activities, archery, thrown weapons and general comradery and shenanigans!
Preregistration deadline is August 27th. No refunds will be given within 2 days of the event. Refunds requested prior to that will be honored.

Shopping on the Green~ Merchant’s Row: There’s many types of hunting and hunting for a great deal or the perfect thing is valued at this event! We invite you to support the artisans and food vendors that are so excited to serve you. List of participating merchants will be updated on the website.

~ A&S Competition: Celestial Hunter & Prey. As the coolness of the full moon approaches do you quiver in anticipation of the hunt or do you burrow deep into the darkness of the night for safety? Make a functional mask that could be worn in the materials of your choice. Specific details will be found on the website.
~ Firelight tournaments will be held in several of the martial areas. Details to be announced.
~ Heavy Tournament:” To Melee or not to Melee…. is that even a question?”
~ Rapier Tournament: “There can only be one….”

~ Youth Marshal activities: 2nd Annual Wolf Pack Games.
~ Bards and Beats (medieval open mic) from Saturday night from O'Dark Thirty till last Viking standing! Come and quench your parched throats from all that moon howling as you reconnect with your brethren and listen in (or participate! ) in the Bawdy Bard Competition.
~ Sunday Night Masked Ball. Are you Hunter? Are you Prey? Put on your dancing shoes and mask up to enjoy the sounds of the Night!
This is a raw camping space - please prepare accordingly.
Pets: Service animals only
- During setup, you may drive up to the patch of land where you intend to put your tent, unload and then park your vehicle in the allotted area. Vehicles will be restricted from camping areas after 11:00AM Saturday until 1:00PM Sunday
-Potable water will be available onsite~ please bring carrying vessels to fill.
-Digging of any kind is not allowed.
-Outside firewood is not allowed per NY State. You can forage around your campsite and fire wood is available from the Site Mercantile.
-Portable stoves and BBQs are allowed, as are raised fire pits. There are also inground cooking/fire pits in most of the camping areas. We only ask that you be responsible with your equipment - don't go to bed with something still burning, don't spill kerosene, etc.
- Children under 7 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Children 7-12 must have a responsible adult within line of sight at all times. Children 13-17 must have a responsible adult within line of hearing at all times.
-Site tokens should be visible at all times

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged as this is an outdoor raw site. Pre- registration closes on Saturday August 27th, 2022. There is a required $5 Non-Member surcharge to the below listed fees where applicable. No ADDITIONAL merchant fee for this event however merchants must register with the coordinator. Registration links will up updated here asap for both camping and merchants.
Gate will be open: Friday 11:00AM to 10:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM to 4:00PM and Sunday 8:00AM to 12:00PM

Campers and Vardo's can be accommodated but advance registration is required and there is an additional $50 fee to prep an area for your needs. Please note that there are no hookups or blackwater discharge allowed on site. Grey water discharge is fine in designated areas.
