What you need to know about the weekend:
Event opens, noon Friday. Checkout time is 11 am Sunday.
Please be aware we share the campground with modern campers, please don't leave valuables lying in plain sight.
We are asking people to camp from the tree line out, to leave the middle of the field for melees and communal activities.
Parking is near the structure at the top of our field, please put your cars there as soon as you are unpacked. Do not drive on the lower part of the field, there is a septic bed there.
There is a water spigot with potable water on a post near the parking area. There is also a power outlet on this post. Please share the power, since there's only one plug in for all of us.
There are two huts each with a flush toilet and a shower, which we are sharing with the modern campers, also a number of porta potties.
Dogs are permitted on site, they must be on leash.
Archery will be happening on the other side of the road, next to the cliff above the water. Please use caution on the beach road when the range is open. Children 12 and under are not permitted on the archery range without a parent or an approved person over 18 with them. Youth between 13-17 must have a parent with them when they check into the range, to ensure that everyone understands the rules of the range.
We will be having a demo on Saturday at 2 pm for the modern campers. We are particularly looking for melee fighters, to show our stuff, and artisans to do their craft and answer questions while the demo is on.
Site Opens: Friday the 1st at noon
