Come join us as the Barony of Settmour Swamp celebrates the Thirty Sixth Quest for Wit & Wisdom.

In the Spring we saw the old Baronial triumvirate put out to pasture.  We welcomed the new Baronial Couple and their most Excellent Moggy, The Chongus, in a new era of prosperity for our beloved Settmour.  However, the transition of power was marred by frolicsomeness, waggishness, and intrigue!  During the exchange of the Baronial Regalia the coronets were pilfered by despoilers!  What will it mean for their Excellencies Charis and Orlando if the wayward chaplets cannot be recovered? Will the cutpurses be found and brought to justice? Rumors abound as the Swamp sets its jaw and comes running to the aid of their Noble Excellencies:  A jewelry heist of regal proportions? A chase across soggy ground? Usurping Feline brothers? Bring your flea glasses, your thinking caps, and your inquisitive children and help the Baroness and the Baron find their missing coronets.  The call for aid from the loyal populace has gone out!

The Quest for Wit & Wisdom is Settmour Swamp’s local camping event and includes competitions to determine the Barony’s Arts & Sciences as well as Bardic Champions.  In addition, there will be a brewing competition, artisan’s row, an evening bardic circle around the fire pit and of course The Quest, where all are welcome to test their wit and skill.
Baron Orlando di Sforza and Baroness Charis Accipiter, welcome all to join in our weekend-long celebration.

Your hosts ask of you:  Please do not set up any tents until you have signed in at gate/troll, in order to avoid any confusion about the layout of the camping areas.

Pre-Registration is REQUIRED, and all reservations must be paid in full by August 20th.  Unfortunately, NO walk-ins will be permitted on the day of the event, and any additions or changes to your reservation party must be conveyed to our Autocrat in advance.
