Quintavia and Carolingia present: Crown Feeder Tournament

The Shire of Quintavia and the Barony of Carolingia welcome the opportunity to see the return of fighters to the field, fighting for the honor of becoming the heirs of the Eastern thrones.  This event will be limited in number, though not in glory.


Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events.  By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks.  You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.


Attendance is limited to a total of 150.  This includes each combatant/consort pair, one support person for each pair, and the event staff.  If you are not confirmed as one of those, we ask that you do not plan to attend in person.  We do plan to stream the event, so as to include the Kingdom in this day.  All attendees will be required to mask except when eating and drinking. 

The event site is a large flat field.  As this event will be taking place in July, we expect it to be very very warm.  Please feel free to bring your pop-up to create your own space.  There is one standing structure we have access to with built-in picnic tables and benches.  This is reserved for fighter cool off if necessary. 
Water will be provided, as well as hand sanitizing stations, but no food will be provided.  However, a restaurant guide will be created, including takeout options.

For safety reasons, dressing tents will not be provided.  There are bathroom facilities on site with running water.  Please either arrive dressed in your garb, or plan on changing inside the bathroom stalls.

9:00 AM Public Site opens

10:00 AM:  Check-in/authorizations begin

12:00:  Tourney begins

2:00-3:00 PM:  Tourney Ends

3:00 PM Announcement of Who will continue

4:00 PM:  Site closes for attendees (Clean up help appreciated)

Site Opens: 9 am
Site Closes: 4:00 pm
