Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
With that, We welcome 17 sets of fighters/consorts to the Barony Beyond the Mountain for a Crown feeder tournament! Due to parking constraints and based on guidelines at the time of acquiring our site, we will be keeping to an attendance limit of 150. We will be following all other SCA, CDC and CT. state guidelines in place at the time of the tournament. Bathrooms and shared surfaces including the check-in table and MOL table will be wiped down regularly and masks, sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will be readily available. Due to the limited size of the bathrooms on site, we encourage attendees to change at their vehicles or arrive in garb to cut down on waiting lines for access to the bathrooms. Pre-Registration is REQUIRED, and all reservations must be paid for by June 26th. Please see the link below for our PayPal information. Unfortunately, no walk-ins will be permitted on the day of the event, and any additions or changes to your reservation party must be conveyed to our Autocrat in advance. Please be sure to bring whatever food you need for the day as we are unable to offer that. Water will be available per the current guidelines. Shade flys are welcome.
As mentioned in their tenth Ethereal Court, we will be hosting Consul Tindal in our Barony but no courts will be held that day.
As for service animals, as much as I want to meet your wonderful furry friend, we will be following the ADA guidelines on service animals for this event.

Directions:
From the south: Take your best route to 91 North in CT. Follow to 91 Route 9 north. Take Exit 22. At the end of the exit, turn left onto Frontage Road. At the end, turn left onto Webster Square Road. At the light at the end, turn right onto Mill Street. At the first light, turn right onto Massirio Drive. (Arby's) The site is on the left behind Arby's.
From the north: Take your best route to 84 in CT toward Route 9. Follow Route 9 to the Christian Lane exit. (21?) Turn Right at the end of the exit onto Christian Lane. At the first light, turn left onto Massirio Driver. Site will be past the Stop and Shop entrance on the right.
