Event details

A weekend-long A&S event, where artisans can concentrate on their crafts with like-minded folk.

Do you belong to an SCA community that would like to get together for a weekend in a central location? Does your guild, group, household, or loose confederation of like-minded aficionados need some space to craft, teach, and learn? Come to A Weekend at Ram’s Keep, an event that provides opportunity for people who like to do the same thing to get together and do that thing.  It doesn’t matter if you are an organized guild or if you’re an informal group of friends; we’ll provide the space, you do your thing.

The site is a Girl Scout camp with multiple buildings and several tent clusters.  Each cluster has platform tents, a fire pit, outhouses, and running water.  The buildings have floor space for indoor activities that need protection from the elements, and there is plenty of outdoor space for more loud, messy, or burn-y activities.  There is room to camp near the tent clusters, there are spaces inside the girl scout platform tents, and there are also indoor bunks available on a first come basis.

For those who prefer not to cook, tavern-style meals will be available for purchase.

The site is wet, but please employ discretion and good judgment if you choose to drink.

If you would like more information, or would like to reserve an area for your group, contact Lord Maurin Lessault.

Site Opens: 5 PM Friday
Site Closes: 11 AM Sunday
