Event date: May 17th, 2019 - May 19th, 2019
Event Last Modified: May 9th, 2019
You know Lyndhaven to be a peaceful and moral land, but modest in wealth and in our army. We cannot meet the demands of the ransomers and we fear they will soon demand their price in blood. We ask you to send your combatants to defend our autonomy and send your bards to stir our hearts as we fight for the release of our citizen.
This weekend-long event features a schola, heavy fighting, fencing, archery, thrown weapons, a bardic competition, the spring swainmote of the Royal Foresters Guild, and plenty of other fun.
On Friday, the event site gate opens at 12 noon. There will be a potluck supper that evening.
On Saturday is the day for activities and classes to take place. Three full meals will be provided on Saturday; a continental breakfast buffet-style, a day board, and an evening meal. Menus to follow. After the evening meal there will be a bardic competition and the points will be tallied and a winner of the dispute will be settled.
Sunday allows time for sleeping in and packing up, as well as the annual Lyndhaven populace meeting.
