From all points North and South:

Take your best route to Exit 75 (formerly Exit 12) (Auburn) off the Maine Turnpike (I-95, formerly I-495).

At the T intersection and traffic light just beyond the tollbooth, turn left onto Route 100 North, heading toward the city of Auburn.

After approximately 1/4 mile turn left onto Hardscrabble Road.

Follow Hardscrabble Road for 1 mile, and then turn right onto Hotel Road.

Follow Hotel Road for 1.2 miles and then turn left onto Merrow Road.

Follow Merrow Road until it ends (1.3 miles) and then turn left onto Minot Avenue (Routes 121 & 11).

Follow Minot Avenue/Rt 121/Rt 11 for 2.3 miles, then turn right onto Route 119.

Follow Route 119 for 6.3 miles and then bear right onto Route 124.

Continue 2.3 miles on Route 124.  Hebron Pines Campground will be on your left.

From Bethel, Berlin, Montpelier, Burlington, Montreal, and some certain other points West:

Please consult a map to find your best route to pick up Route 26 South west of the towns of Norway and Oxford, Maine.  For most folks coming in from Northern New Hampshire and Vermont, you’ll want to cross the Maine/NH border on Route 2 and pick up Route 26 South in Bethel, Maine, but there are other possible routes as well, depending on your starting point.

Follow Route 26 South through the Western Maine towns of Bryant Pond, Paris, Norway, and into the town of Oxford.  About two miles after you pass through the business district of the town of Oxford, you’ll come to traffic lights which mark the entrance to a Wal-Mart (on your right).  Pass straight through the lights, continuing South on Route 26.  1.8 miles after the Wal-Mart, you’ll pass the Oxford Plains Fun Park on your right, closely followed by Oxford Plains Speedway on your left.  About 1.7 miles after the speedway, turn left onto Route 121 North (a Citgo station marks the corner of this intersection, on your left).  Follow Route 121 North, into the town of Mechanic Falls.  After 4.4 miles, you will arrive at a 4-way intersection with a traffic light.

Turn left at the light (keeping the Cumberland Farms on your left) onto Route 124 North.  Follow Route 124 North into the town of Minot.  4.4 miles from the light you will come to a strange intersection, which is marked as the junction of Routes 124 and 119.  A General Store called the Village Trading Post will be on your left, and a white church will be visible a little way off to the right.  Turn right at the Yield sign by the store, and then immediately left at the T intersection (heading away from the church), staying on Route 124 North.

Continue a further 2.3 miles on Route 124 North, into the town of Hebron.  Hebron Pines Campground is clearly marked, on your left.

For the First time ever we are taking Pre-Registrations!  Paypal only!
Pre Registration is March 21st - June 30th 2019

You may fill out this form.
https://surveys.eastkingdom.org/index.php/535764

After you submit that form, you will receive an email asking you to complete the payment.  It generally takes several hours for this email to arrive, but depending on volunteer availability it could arrive in just a few minutes, or it could take a couple of days, so please be patient.

The email has a link that will show you a list of everyone you’ve pre-registered.  Please look over it carefully to ensure that it accurately reflects your wishes.

You can then complete the payment process, using a credit card or PayPal account.

Afterwards, you will have an opportunity to download a receipt showing that your pre-registration has been paid for; while not absolutely necessary, if you print a copy of this and bring it with you to the event, it can speed up admission by letting us quickly match you up to your payment.
