Event details

Join us as the days grow shorter and we celebrate the turning of the seasons.  This year the celebration will be highlighted by the investiture of Concordia's next Baron and Baroness, Faolan an Sccreccain and Maria von Ossenheim.  The day will include the usual fun and games, Including a scavenger hunt for children, and a special silent auction.  Save your personal treasures for next year; this auction will feature a limited number of items, especially commissioned in honor of Mistress e-Leri.

During the afternoon there will be a Silver Crescent meeting, an Athena's Thimble meeting, and an opportunity to learn about using EK judging rubric.

There will be plenty of time to relax with your friends while enjoying a delicious day board.  There may even be time for a dance or two.  The event will be capped by a sumptuous feast with a menu taken from a trip along the Silk Road.  A special off-board area will be arranged for children who want to enjoy the event but aren't keen on exotic foods.  Feel free to bring along their favorite foods, we will provide cookies for their dessert.  Please let the Clerk of Reservations know if you wish for off-board children's space, so we reserve enough room.
