Roses tourney for Heavy List & Fencing to begin following morning court.

We're hosting our Baronial Archery & Thrown Weapons tournaments! Please contact Kobayashi for more archery details, and Symon for thrown weapons.
Smoking is permitted on site, alcohol is not. Please plan accordingly.
Dogs are allowed, bring out your hounds!!
Please note: The Last Court of Colin and Nicolette, and the Investiture of the new Baron and Baroness will be during morning court. Full schedule to be listed at a later date.
There will be a sumptuous dayboard prepared by Baroness Zsuzsy for those gentles who wish to partake (at a separate cost). Menu will include stew, Veggies, Breads, Chicken, Ham, Eggs, Pickles, Rice, and a separate GF/Allergy Table with sliced meat, Chickpea salad, Vegetarian Lentil Soup, and Dried Fruit.
For those interested in the more gentle pursuits, A&S offerings will include various displays and classes. Peruse the exquisite craftsmanship on display, speak with our skilled artisans, learn new skills, and come have fun with us. Classes may be informational, historical, hands-on, round-tables... whatever inspires you! In addition, our fair Barony welcomes Part 2 of the Roses Tournament, run by Duchess Katherine Stanhope. Her Grace welcomes all gentles wishing to fight to attend. EVERYONE WHO COMES TO THE EVENT AND WANTS TO PLAY WILL BE PUT ON A TEAM!!!!!
Rules:
The man who put you on the throne may not be a member of your team. You may construct your team of gentles of lower rank than stated (i.e, 5 Unbelted fighters and no Chivalry), but you can’t do it the other way around (4 Chivalry and 1 Unbelt).
· Heavy List:
§ 2 Members of Chivalry, only one of which can be a Royal Peer
§ Unbelted fighters
§ No more than one of the Chivalry and one of the Unbelted can be a member of the Rose’s household.
· Rapier:
§ 2 Members of the Golden Rapier, only one of which can be an MOD
§ Rapier fighters who are not members of the OGR or MOD
§ No more than one of the OGRs and one of the Non-OGRs can be a member of the Rose’s household.
· Heavy List & Rapier Tournaments”
§ One Rose team will challenge another, and the two teams’ heavy fighters and the two teams’ rapier fighters will compete against each other. When all bouts are fought, each team will seek another team to fight. This will be fought as a typical round robin
· Heavy list and rapier fighters will share the same list and bouts will go on simultaneously.
Any merchants wishing to attend please contact the autocrat directly for space allocation.
For Thrown Weapons:
Per the marshal, all those wishing to participate in thrown weapons must be wearing closed toe shoes.
For Equestrian:
Anyone wishing to bring horses to this event must contact the Eq Marshal in Charge with the number of horses they intend to bring and the size of the trailer rig so that parking space can be reserved. Proof of negative Coggins dated within 12 months of the event MUST be emailed to the EqMiC in advance per site restrictions, NO EXCEPTIONS.
