Hadchester Holly Fest has been re-scheduled and re-named to Caristia IV

The Shire of Hadchester invites you to join us in celebrating the coming Equinox season with a potluck meal, dancing, music and festivities.  Dance music will be played, Medieval Games will be available for the naturally competitive and Lady Freygerthr of Visby has issued an A&S challenge to try something new to your personna and report on same by March 1st.  Lady Moria will be coordinating a potluck dayboard where every person / family / couple is encouraged (but NOT required) to bring a dish to share. 

There will be a Shire Meeting at 10:00 AM followed by festivites throughout the afternoon

We encourage all those with musical ability to display their talents to do so or just sit and visit.  Be sure to bring your Feast Gear as there are no dishes/cups/flatware available on site.

Directions:

From the North:  Take US Route 1 to Lincolnville.  At the junction with Rte.  173 turn RIGHT and proceed to the junction with Rte.  52 bearing RIGHT onto Rte.  52 into Lincolnville Center.  Proceed through the center of town past the General Store on the right and the intersection with Rte.  235 on the left.  About 100-150 yards past the general store on Rte.  173 is the United Christian Church on the LEFT.  The community building is part of the Church property.

From the South:  Take US Route 1 North into Camden.  At the top of the hill by the public Library bear LEFT onto Rte 52.  Take this route to the intersection with Rte.  173 and turn LEFT at the Drake Corner Store and proceed into Lincolnville Center.  Proceed through the center of town past the General Store on the right and the intersection with Rte.  235 on the left.  About 100-150 yards past the general store on Rte.  173 is the United Christian Church on the LEFT.  The community building is part of the Church property.

From the West:  Take Route 17 from the Augusta area until you reach the junction with Rte.  235 in East Union.  Turn LEFT on to Rte.  235 and proceed through Hope to Lincolnville Center.  You will come out onto Rte 173 by the General Store turn LEFT.  About 100-150 yards past the general store on Rte.  173 is the United Christian Church on the LEFT.  The community building is part of the Church property.

Youth (ages 7-17) $3.00
Children (ages 6 and under) FREE
(NO discount unless your paid membership card/letter is displayed at the gate)
Family Cap 2 Adults + 2 Children $25.00

Feast:
Potluck meal circa 1:00 PM -- NO DEADLINE

While reservations are NOT required if you are planning on attending please drop an e-mail to the autocrat so we can get a headcount.
