Fall Crown Tournament

Be it known to all the Populace of the East Kingdom that the Barony of Bergental has claimed the honor of hosting the Crown Tournament to determine the Heirs of Brennan II and Caoilfhionn II to serve as Sovereigns at Pennsic 45.  The site is the beautiful Horace Moses Boy Scout Reservation in Russell, MA.  Unfortunately, Boy Scout rules do not allow pets or alcohol so the site is dry and no pets.

Those wishing to contend for the Crown may submit their letters of intent must have them in by Coronation 10/3/15 and can do it via this link:  http://surveys.eastkingdom.org/index.php/372252/lang-en .  If using email or snail mail, the letters of intent must include all of the information below for both combatant and consort:
Society name
Legal name
Address
Telephone number
Years of residency

Letters need to be accompanied by proof of membership with membership number & expiration date that is valid at least thirty days after Crown.  TRHs also request that combatants bring heraldic shields for the list trees.  If both entrants are combatants, then that should be clearly indicated.

The format for the tournament can be found on the August 31st issue of the Eastkingdom Gazette.

We will have a speed line for combattants and consorts but in order to do this, you must pre-register.  It is not necessary for the registration to paid but you must email the registrar that you intend to fight in this Crown so you can get on the list.

There will not be a feast however an all day board will be provided by Boyar Aleksei Dmitriev so come and enjoy the day!
