6:00pm - Cleanup
There is outdoor-only space available for merchants. Pre-registered merchants will be guaranteed space and listing, while non-pre-registered merchants will be accommodated on a first-come-first-serve basis on the day of the event.
There will not be a feast, but there are a number of excellent restaurants located one mile away in nearby Media, PA. (http://visitmediapa.com/dining ). Along Baltimore Pike in nearby Springfield, there are also a number of affordable dining options. There's the popular Springfield Diner and a number of popular chain restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Famous Dave's BBQ, Pei Wei, Red Lobster, Bertucci’s, Olive Garden, and Carrabba’s. There's a good Vietnamese place called Pho Street and one or two average Chinese buffet places.
Between courts there will be space and marshals available for pick-up fights, both for Fencing and for Armor/Rattan fights.

For those traveling from outside the area, we can recommend the Days Inn (http://www.daysinnspringfieldpa.com/ ) or the Courtyard Marriott (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/phlgf-courtyard-philadelphia-springfield/ ), both located three miles away in Springfield, PA
Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Period containers preferred. All empties must be taken home. Excessively intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.
No animals are allowed on site except Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability).

Directions:
- From the North - Take I-276 (PA Turnpike) to I-476 South (Mid-County Expressway). Take I-476 South to Exit 3 (Baltimore Pike). Make a right at the bottom of the ramp towards Media. Take East Baltimore Pike 1.3 miles. ** At the traffic light at Beatty Road (Acme shopping center on far right corner, PNC Bank on near left corner) turn left onto Beatty Road. Go one block to a stop sign and make a left onto N. Providence Road / PA-252 South. Go 0.3 miles and turn left onto Plush Mill Road. Go 0.1 miles; Stage One will be on your left.
- From the South - Take I-95 to I-476 North. Take I-476 North to Exit 3 (Baltimore Pike). Make a left at the bottom of the ramp towards Media. Take East Baltimore Pike 1.4 miles. Follow from ** above.
- The site is also located near public transportation from Philadelphia, within a mile of both the Wallingford Station of the SEPTA Media/Elwyn Regional Rail Line from 30th Street Station and the Media / Providence Road stop on the 101 Trolley from 69th Street Terminal.

We have kept the youth price low rather than use a family cap.

Please send the following information with your reservation: Modern and SCA names for all persons included in the reservation, proof of membership for all members included in the reservation photocopy of membership card or copy of cover of recent Pikestaff cover with the member's name is acceptable), contact information, and check or money order made out to "SCA PA, Inc., Canton of Black Icorndall".
Full Refunds are available up to one week before the event. The request must be sent by mail or email to Reservation Clerk/Autocrat and received no later than one week before the event.
Cancellation requests will be honored only for the original party who registered. In other words, you cannot cancel for a friend who paid for himself. Requests must be received by mail or email as indicated above to the Reservation Clerk/Autocrat, and will be reviewed on a request by request basis. Any approved refund will be issued after the event.
