ATTENTION: CHANGES TO FOOD SERVICES
To keep everyone’s energy up for the games, there will be a sumptuous lunch buffet provided to all who attend the event. Please contact Lady Frenya Thorsteinndottir (christine.toutain@gmail.com) with any dietary concerns.
There will be no dinnertime meal provided, though there will be time after the day’s games for attendees to cook in their camps or visit one of the local eateries. Sweet and savory snacks will be served during the ball Saturday evening.
PALIO BALL

KING AND QUEEN'S EQUESTRIAN CHAMPIONS TOURNEY
The K&Q's Equestrian Champions tourney will be held on Saturday. For any questions regarding the tourney, please contact Duchess Katherine Stanhope at: equestrian@eastkingdom.org
*Participants bringing horses MUST provide a current Coggins test for all horses attending, and for all horses coming from outside New Hampshire a 30-day interstate health certificate must be provided, per SCA regulations. Paperwork will be checked prior to unloading.*
GOLDEN SWORD
The traditional Stonemarche Golden Sword Tourney will be held on Sunday morning. This tourney is open to novice fighters with less than one year of experience that have not fought at Pennsic. Experienced fighters are welcome to participate in evaluating and testing the novice fighters. Contact the Knight Marshal Eben Hardrada for more info at: hardrada11@aol.com
GOLDEN FOIL
The Golden Foil Tourney be held on Sunday and is for all novice fencers with less than one year of experience that have not fought at Pennsic. For details please contact Lucien deWinter at: jonathansholes@yahoo.com

ARTS AND SCIENCES
Everyone is invited to display their A&S projects for the Palio A&S competition on Saturday. NO DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED! Populace choice will determine which Contrade wins the day! All project types accepted (food entries must include ingredients list) Set-up at 9:00 a.m., voting starts at 10:00 a.m. with breakdown promptly at 2:30 p.m. For more information contact Anne Fuzzyhat at 207-549-4889
On Sunday morning there will be time to run classes or host round tables. If you would like to teach a class, contact Lady Siné Friseal at: pictishprincess@myfairpoint.net. At this time there is an Athena's Thimble Roundtable scheduled on Sunday at 10 am.
PLANT SWAP
Baronessa Maria will host a Plant Swap on Saturday morning. This is a FREE exchange of seedlings, plants and seeds for gardeners of all types (flowers, vegetables, herbs, etc.) All plant life welcome.

Directions:
The site is at the Hopkinton State Fairgrounds, located west of Concord, New Hampshire in Contoocook. We are about 15-20 minutes drive time from Concord, 40-45 minutes from Manchester or Laconia and about 90 minutes from Boston. Take I-93 to I-89. Drive up I-89 and get off at Exit 7. This is the easiest and quickest route to the fairgrounds. Follow the signs to the fairgrounds.
