March 19, 2025 – Letters of Intent Due Soon

Greetings to the East Kingdom Populace, 

Are you considering entering Spring Crown Tournament, which will be fought using rapier on May 3rd in the Shire of Glenn Linn? The deadline for Crown Letter of Intent fast approaches.  Letters of Intent must be received no later than 11:59 pm Eastern, April 2nd, 2025.

Please note all combatants and consorts must be paid members of the SCA throughout a potential reign (April 2026), one member must be able to cross international borders, and reside in the geographical borders of the East Kingdom. Pairs intending to fight for each other must each fill out the form as a combatant.

If there is some problem with your letter, you will be contacted shortly after the deadline closes. A list of combatants and consorts will be posted to the seneschal website as soon as possible after the deadline, which is usually a couple weeks before Crown Tournament.    

We expect a glorious day of  pageantry, honor and history. Let us all be a part of it as we may!
