Having searched for good graphics for SCA web pages with mixed luck, Lord Robin Gallowglass embarked on a project to start creating them using Adobe Illustrator® vector format, and resizable as needed. All of these images are Copyright © 1999, 2000 of David L. Weiner. Permission is given to use them in any SCA Web Page as long as credit is given to him. If you'd like to use them for print publication, please contact Lord Robin at robin@gallowglass.org.

All gif images are transparent and should work on any background that has good contrast, and they've been resized to 50 x 50 pixels and 100 x 100 pixels. If you would like to put a drop shadow behind any of the images, you will have better results if you make the background of the image the same color as your page background (or the predominant color) before applying the drop shadow, and then marking that color as the transparent color. This will avoid the white (or other color) haze that you sometimes see. A Adobe PhotoShop® 5.0/5.5 format has also been provided with a separate background layer to facilitate this, as well as an EPS version if you need it at a different size. Please don't link to the images directly off the eastkingdom.org web server. Save a copy, and use it in your web site.
