2002 Yearly MoL Report

Greetings everyone,

It is important that all List Ministers, even if you are brand new, please complete this report. It helps me verify the roster and what activity took place. As a List Officer, you are required to file a tournament report within 30 days of any tournament you run and complete one yearly report. This report helps me in my task of keeping the royalty informed as to what is happening with the local groups, and also helps me chart the direction the office will take in the coming year.

I expect that this report will take between 45 minutes and 2 hours to complete, depending on how much tournament activity took place in your local group in the past year. Please answer all questions as completely as possible. Your reports are due, March 15th, if you cannot meet that deadline, please contact me and let me know so arrangements can be made. Any list officer not filing their yearly report will be removed from the roster. Finally, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Filling out this form is very simple, but must be done all in ONE session. This page will NOT save your work if you have to leave, sign out, or your computer crashes. Type in your answers in the fields, (you may type as much as you like, even if the field looks too small to hold your whole answer). Click the "Submit" button at the end, JUST ONCE, when you are done.

Thank you. Your answers will help me in working for you and our Kingdom to support combat in all forms. The results of this report will be on the Kingdom MoL website as soon as I can compile your answers. I will be communicating some of the information to the Kingdom Earl Marshal, without names of course, as we both understand the importance of the two areas to work together and are committed to improving the working relationships where we can. I am planning on having an East Kingdom Minister of the Lists meeting at Pennsic, I hope to see many of you there. We are also working on more training and classes for both MoL’s and Marshals. This year many authorization cards will be expiring. Please remind your fighters/fencers to check their expiration dates and help them fill out paperwork so that they can be renewed.

Finally, I thank each and every one of you for helping support combat in our Kingdom.

Yours in Service,

East Kingdom Minister of the Lists
