Eorsebet (Ur-sa-bet) was introduced to the SCA at the Lakewood Renaissance Faire in September, 1999. After attending a few more events, became more active in 2005. Following a short hiatus while starting a family, Eorsebet has become more active again.

Eorsebet was born in 1225 as the second daughter of a butcher. Born and raised on a farm in the outskirts of Budapest, Hungary, Eorsebet was taught the art of harvesting food from chickens. Thus earning her the modern surname Csirkérezá (cheer-kay-ree-zah), which loosely translates to English as the "chicken harvester" or "chicken reaper". As all languages change over time, the actual surname for Eorsebet's time period is Tikaz (tee-cause) which tranlates to the term "henner". A henner is a person who raises chickens as a food source such as a chicken farmer.
