Queen's Cypher

The Queen's Cypher is given by the queen to those who have provided exceptional service to her during her reign. The Queen may give no more than ten Cyphers during a reign, and she is not required to give any at all.

Titles

This is a non-armigerous award with no titles associated with it.

Token/Regalia

A token bearing the Queen's initial together with an "R".
