	The Order of the Pheon was the first award for archery in the East. It was founded by King AElfwine and Queen Arastorm. It had a rocky and controversial existence, being at times armigerous or not, closed and re-opened, accepted and not. Eventually, it was closed and its functions were awkwardly absorbed into the Silver Crescent, the Maunche, and the Tygers Combattant by essentially adding the words "or for [service to \| skill in the arts of \| prowess at] archery" to those orders' statutes. (NO OTC was given for archery prowess). It was eventually replaced by the Order of the Sagittarius.		The Order of the Pheon was the first award for archery in the East.
