Persona
I am a late 16th Century merchant of the staple, born of an English father and Scottish mother. I own property in Salisbury, as well as a flat in London. While bored, many years ago, I became fascinated by all things nautical - and in time wound up navigator on a mighty galley. I have sailed against the Spanish Armada, study the Gothic architecture of both England and France, and enjoy catching the plays of William Shakespeare when in London.

Miscellany
Joined the SCA in the Fall of 1991 in the Dominion of Myrkfaelinn, back when Aethelmearc was a principality of the EK. Became a fencing and archery marshal-in-training in 1995, getting warranted in both in 1996. Since then, I have found all kinds of ways to keep busy in this game!
