Méabh has been involved with the SCA since 2011, at the insistence of her household.
A descendant of the Sentantii sect of the Brigantes, Méabh of Hawkridge is a follower of the surviving insular druidism of the early 6th century. In addition to the traditional garb found just south of Hadrian's wall, she often adopts the dress of her Anglo-Saxon ancestors, as well as Celt-tinged Roman garb.
