I am ~~also~~ interested in cross stitch, heraldry and making sotelties (sotelties are decorative items made from sugar paste) but I spend most of my free time making banners. I think the color and pagentry of the middle ages sets us apart from other reenactment groups and I think displaying banners contributes a lot to the pagentry. I have made banners for royalty, nobility, households, Shires and Baronies.
