The title traditionally bestowed upon the runner-up in the East Kingdom Crown Tournament. The title carries absolutely no duties per se, although the runner-up has, in some coronation ceremonies, been called upon to testify that the Crown Prince is indeed the victor in the last Crown Tournament. --Steffan ap Kennydd 05:16, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
