Come one and all, and share the harvest at John Barleycorn's new home.  Once again the "Feast of John Barleycorn" will featue "Sir Edward's Unbelted Challenge", as well as the Ostgardr Crown Province Archery and Crown Province Fencing Championships, and a brewing competition.  In addition to the featured events,all are invited to participate in Archery,and Thrown Weapons.

There will be a sumptious Day Board provided by Lady Patricia of the Tangled Wyldes, as well as "A Feast From the New World" featuring exotic fruits, vegitables and spices that John Barleycorn, himself, has brought back for your delectation.  Come and taste the exotic "Tur-kaye" bird, sample the strange "Poe-ta-toe," "Toe-ma-toe,"and "Maize".  Taste desserts spiced with stamens of tan Orchid called "Va-na-illa" and imbibe the strange taste of the "chok-a-late" bean.  (Those with special dietary considerations, please contact Lady Patricia before September 1st.)
For non-fighters, there will be a full daytime program of assorted and sundry activities of interest to SCAdian.  After the Feast there will be dancing conducted by Lady Aife with live musicians. 

Our site is "Dog Friendly" (The usual Canine Protocals must be observed.  Pet Owners must have written proof of current Rabies inoculation, and there is a dog Waiver, to be signed at Troll)

All merchants are welcome.The Merchant area is out doors, bring your own tables and tents.  There is no additional fee for Merchanting.  Merchants please coordinate with the Merchant Coordinator; Lady Auora ffolkes

The event starts Friday evening September 11th and ends Sunday September 13th.  All thoseon site after Noon Sunday September 13th, are heartily thanked for their aid in cleaning up.  Bring your tents, or register for cabin space (Cabin space is on a first registered, first served basis, cabin space is limited.).  Enjoy a sumptious Dayboard and Feast on Saturday September 12th and Breakfast on Sunday Morning, September 13th.

Refund Policy:  There will be absolutely no cash refunds.  To qualify for a refund, the Autocrat or Troll must be notified of your non-attendence,a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event; and the event must show a profit.  Refunds approved by the Seneschall of Northpass will be mailed, in the form of a check. 

Directions:

Make your best way to the Taconic State Parkway in Putnam County, New York; approximately 40 miles north of New York City.  Between mile marker 25.8 and 25.9 (There are no Exit Numbers on the Taconic Parkway) exit onto Peekskill Hollow Road.  At the bottom of the ramp, make a Left Turn.  (That's correct, traffic from the north and the south both make a left turn.) Go approximately 1 1/2 miles, and the entrance to YMCA Camp Combe is on the left.

Feast: Please register before September 1st to avoid the late registration of $3.00 per person, charged at the door.
