The Baron & Baroness of Bhakail cordially invite their neighbors, households, Silver Lance, and all rattan fighters of interest to a special winter fighter practice.

River Marche is being conducted to concentrate on techniques for group combat engagements.  The Southern Regional Army Commander Baron Master Lawrence Thornguard will direct the activities of the day.  Spectators are advised, this is a fighter practice and no other activities are planned.  If you desire to come and watch please do so in garb.

The site is not only heated, but it is brand new.  It will have just opened its doors so consequently we are not sure what amenities we will find.  So you might want to bring a chair.  We do know it has a small locker room that will be available for use.

Directions:

Take your best route to the Route 23 exit on Interstate 76.  The exit varies by direction from which you approach it.  If from the East and Philadelphia, it will be a direct exit, number 332 for Conshohocken.  The exit will put you at a light.  Follow from * below.

If from the West, or the Penna.  Turnpike, it will be slightly different.  From 1-76 take the 1-476 / Route 23 -exit number 33IB- toward PLYMOUTH MTG/ CONSHOHOCKEN.  At the bottom of the ramp (light) you will make a right turn onto Matsonford Rd.  Proceed straight ahead to the light.  Follow from * below.

* You will be at the intersection of P A route 23 and Fayette St.  Proceed straight ahead through the light and cross the river.  You are now in Conshohocken.  At 6th Ave make a right turn, go one block to Harry St.  The site is on the right hand side of the road.  Parking is of the on street variety.  But there is a drive way loop for loading and unloading.
