On September 27, join us for a day of revels!  The incipient Canton of Boisé Ardent will celebrate its anniversary and we're planning to have fun!  Come and discover the warmth of our welcoming people.

Many things will happen during the day, come early!  This anniversary will feature archery, arts and sciences, and many other surprises.  Check our website for details and updates!

After a busy day, the Court will be held, followed by The Feast, lasting throughout the evening.

We hope to be granted your fine company, and we'll be expecting you at the end of September!

(NOTE:  The Archery Club Le Sagittaire asks 5$ for admittance.  Please respect the Club rules.  Directions to the archery site will be available on the event website or at the event gate.)

Directions:

FROM MONTREAL:
- Take Highway 40, and follow the directions for Québec/Trois-Rivières.
- Take exit 196 where Hwy 40 merges with Hwy 55 for about 1 mile.
- About 1 mile later, take exit 182 (direction Trois-Rivières/Quebec)
- Keep right lane.  Drive past 2 exits and take exit 201 "Boul.  des Chenaux".

FROM QUEBEC:
- Take Highway 40, and follow the directions for Québec/Trois-Rivières.
- When you see indications for Cap-de-la-Madeleine, keep right lane.
- After the bridge, take exit 201 "Boul.  des Chenaux".

FROM MAINE (HWY 201):
- On Hwy 201, cross the border.  Hwy 201 becomes road 173.  Follow it.  (The distances will be written in kilometers from there, not miles!)
- Follow directions for Quebec (City)
- Drive past St-Georges, Beauceville...
- Near St-Joseph-de-Beauce, watch for indications to Hwy 73 to take it.  Thiw highwat takes you right to Quebec City.
- Follow indications "Pont Pierre-Laporte" (bridge) to cross the St-Laurent (St.  Lawrence River).
- After the bridge, watch *carefully* for indications to take Hwy 40 Ouest (West) direction Montreal.
- You'll drive about 1 hour.
- When you see exits for Cap-de-la-Madeleine, stay on the right lane. 
- Right after the bridge, take exit 201 "Boul.  des Chenaux".

FROM VERMONT (HWY 91):
(N.B.:  Past the border, Hwy 55 leads right up to Trois-Rivières.  It doesn't always look like a Highway, and Hwy 55 uses roads sometimes...  Just make sure you follow the indications for 55 North and Trois-Rivières, and you'll be just fine.)

- On Hwy 91, cross the border and take Hwy 55 North if you're not already on it (the people at the border can help you).
- Near Drummondville, Hwy 55 merges with Hwy 20 for a while.  Follow indications for Trois-Rivières.
- Drive 20 minutes, and take exit 200 direction Trois-Rivières.
- At the end of the exit ramp, turn left on road 155.  You're 35 minutes away from the event site.
- In St-Célestin, turn right at the stop.
- You'll get to traffic lights:  turn left for Trois-Rivières.  You're still on Hwy 55.
- Cross St-Laurent river on Laviolette bridge.  Keep right lane.
- After the bridge, take the 2nd exit for HWY 40, direction Quebec/Trois-Rivières.  You're now on Hwy 40 East.
- Keep right lane.  Drive past 2 exits and take exit 201 "Boul.  des Chenaux".
- Take exit 201, "Boul.  des Chenaux".

**COMMON DIRECTIONS:**
- At the traffic lights (end of exit ramp), turn right on Boulevard des Chenaux.
- Drive until the end of Boul.  des Chenaux, a T intersection with traffic lights.
- At the traffic lights, turn right on St-Maurice street.  **Keep left lane**.
- Cross the railroad track and St-Paul Street and turn left on the next street, Ste-Cécile.
- After St-Martin street, watch on your left for Les Artisans de Paix, 700 Ste-Cecile.
- You can park either in the parking or on the street.
- Come on in!
