East Kingdom 12th Night **UPDATED** 
| Event date: January 5th, 2002 | | Hosted by | | | | | Event details | | As autumn descends upon us and the Kingdom of the East buttons up for the hard winter to follow, so do our Most Gracious Royal Majesties Lucan and Yana plan a midwinter respite for their loyal subjects. All are invited to join the King and Queen for their 12th Night celebration in the Canton of Trollhaven in the Barony of Bridge on January 5, 2002. Their Majesties have ordered such an event as will not be forgotten for the merriment of good folk of the East Kingdom and have provided for food, entertainment, gaming, gentle competition among the Baronies, Shires and Cantons of Their realm, as well as shopping, schmoozing and food Food FOOD! The event will end with a feast and a 12th Night Ball, so start practicing your dance steps now! There will be no limit to the wonders to distract you (and your little ones!) from the cold outside. Artisans of the realm are invited to show their works and performers invited to help entertain. Nor will the fighters be bored, as there will be demonstrations and displays of the Martial Arts.
***NOTE*** This is a wet site, HOWEVER, if you bring your own alcohol it must be turned into the bartender provided at the site in order to comply with local liquor laws. Failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion from the site. The bar will have refreshments for sale should you choose not to bring your own.

Directions:
Make your best route to I-95 in Rhode Island. In West Warwick (South of Providence) exit I-95 onto Route 4. Follow Route 4 to end, merging onto Route 1 south. Less than one mile, exit Rt 1 onto Rt 138 East, continue over Jamestown Bridge and Newport Bridge ($2 toll). Take 1st exit off of Newport Bridge, turn right at bottom of exit (RI 138A, Farewell St). Go through cemetery to second light from bridge exit, turn right onto America's Cup (RI 238 South). At 6th light, America's Cup curves left and becomes Memorial Blvd, at 2nd Light from this curve, turn left onto Bellevue Ave, take 1st left, Elks Lodge is building on the corner of Bellevue Ave. and Pelham St. | | | | Event Fees | | Site : Basic Troll: $11 adults, $7 students and children under 17, children 5 and under free.

All questions regading the event can be sent to the autocrat while written he collects written authority to post phone numbers and e-mail addresses etc of the gentles in charge of the various parts. Questions will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
Merchants: $10 for Hundred sq ft. Additional space will be charged extra.
Merchant reservations must be made and paid by 15 December, number of merchant reservations accepted based on date payment received and how much space each merchant requires. If Merchant space fills up before 15 December (it shouldn't), reservations will be closed. |
