Hosted by Shire of Endewearde - Prospect, ME
Event Last Modified: June 22nd, 2010
We invite you to join us at the 9th Annual Medieval Tournament at Historic Fort Knox, Prospect, Maine.
Don your best garb and come play with the Shire of Endewearde as we warmly transport the public at large back to the Middle Ages. You will surely find much to inspire and entertain in our own Maine granite "castle" on the banks of the beautiful Penobscot River.
This public demo brought over 1,700 people to Fort Knox to see the SCA in action last year. It gathers significant publicity and is a grand showcase of all the wonders of the SCA. People come from all over the state (and sometimes Canada) to participate and experience the fighting, music, dance and arts displayed. It's a wonderful opportunity to show off your best projects to an adoring crowd.
We invite you to be a part of this wonderful event this year! The site opens to us at 8am and we open to the public at 10am.
It's a demo that feels like an event, in a gigantic granite fort overlooking the Penobscot River.
